Es un hotel pequeño, sencillo. Su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad permite llegar caminando a lugares como la catedral, el mercado Arista, las bases de transporte para Real de Catorce, etc. El personal es atento, amable, está al pendiente de los huéspedes. La limpieza, bien, en cuanto a artículos de aseo solo dejan jabones pero en recepción venden otros artículos. No hay clima pero sí ventiladores. Quizá falta un poco de pintura en habitaciones (me asignaron El Búnker, la más amplia de las habitaciones individuales), pero en general, por los costos accesibles que manejan, lo que ofrece está bien. Como sugerencia: estaría bien que pudieran ofrecer café de cortesía.

Muy buen hotel. Excelente personal y con habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. El día que me hospede llegue bastante tarde por la noche y no tuve ningún problema puesto ya me estaban esperando. Todo muy bien excelente servicio.
Muy limpio, camas cómodas, baños limpios, muy bien el hotel con un patio muy bonito pero el unico problema es que el agua no se iba bien en la regadera le doy al hotel 4 estrellas
Our car broke down, it wasn't looking good, been in the middle of nowhere coming back home, my sister my son our dog and I, we make several calls to find a pet friendly hotel, Arturo answered the phone, I was already giving up on hotels, they took us all in this beautiful time capsule hotel, after facing all that stress with not knowing what was the damage on the car and how much, we settled in room number 7.very clean comfortable and neat. The ( family) as Arturo calls his crew work around the this beautiful little jewel, they are all fantastic very humble and very good on what they do. If you ever need a honest and good mechanic ask for Sandra ( she knows probably the only humble Alonso and honest mechanic we ever meet) . Now I feel like after all the trouble we went, meeting all of you guys in this hotel and Alfonso with El cacheton was so awesome. We left Matehuala, part of my heart still there. Already missing you all. Arturo tell you dad he's awesome.
Simple, clean, safe and pet friendly accommodation. Parking is on the street but it is an area monitored by the hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. You can walk your dogs a few blocks away at the park. The upper patio is a nice place to enjoy the evening breeze.
Muy amable la atención y económico ,buena ubicación ,las habitaciónes muy limpias,todo el cuarto olía a limpio ,solo les hace falta a/c pero por el precio está bien
